Willow Park School Gala 2025

Saturday 5th April was the most epic of galas! The weather shone brightly and the place was packed from 11.00am until 2.00pm. The class and year group stalls provided lots of entertainment, there was food, drinks, a book stall, cake stall and a silent auction in the hall. Mrs Knights had arranged entertainment to be going on throughout the gala which added to the festivities.

We appreicate all of the support that came from our school community. The day exceeded our goal and expectations, as the final profit from the event was a massive $23,594.50. This will provide the funds needed to cover the junior basketball courts, and the work can now get started during the holidays. This will be a much needed improvement to the school outdoor play facilities.

A special thank you must go to Sonja, David, Erin, Louise, Christin, George, Janine and Theresa for being the amazing Gala Committee that pulled everything together. Thank you to all of the volunteers who gave time before, during and after the gala. This event would not have happened without your help. To all of the staff who gave up their Saturday too, you are an awesome team!
