Payments
We are extremely fortunate as a community to have an excellent school for our children to attend. The Board, school leadership, teachers and staff work hard to provide the very best education possible within our limited resource budget.
Donations
We will not charge a fee for enrolment or delivery of the curriculum. However, we continue to ask your financial support of our school via voluntary donations. These are explained in the letter below.
School donations 2024
$240.00 per year per student ($60.00 per term)
Trip donation
$40.00 per year per student ($10.00 per term)
Class resource donation:
$40.00 per year per student ($10.00 per term)
Mathletics donation Year 3 -6
$26.00 per year per student

Tax Rebates
You can claim back on your school donation payment with the IRD. You will receive one third back.
Kindo payments should automatically generate receipts for you.
For payments other than KINDO, donation receipts will be sent home with your child, or you may email the office to ask them to send you one.
You can also donate your rebate directly to the school. This is done through a company called Supergenerous
For KINDO payments when the box , “ your order has been processed ”, pops up there will be an option saying ‘Amplify your donation’ , this is where you can choose to donate you rebate through the above company.
For those that pay directly to school you may still donate your rebate by joining up with Supergenerous
Online Payment
Willow Park School uses Kindo for parents to view and pay for your child's school needs online. It is our preferred method of payment and we encourage you to set up your account. Setting up an account is easy (click on 'New Users' button below).
All you need is your email address which matches the one held by the school and you can shop anytime, anywhere with our Kindo online shop. If you are already registered you can click on the button below to login.
Once registered you will have access to see what is owed on your child's account, order school lunches Monday to Thursday, pay for Friends of Willow Park School activities and activities within school. Sport Registrations must be done through KINDO.
