TERM TIME OFFICE HOURS
Monday - Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm.

Tuesdays 8.30 – 10am
Thursdays 8.30 – 10am
Fridays 2.30 – 3.15pm
Term 2 - finishes on Friday 15th July
Term 3 - starts Monday 1st August - finishes Friday 7th Ocotober
Term 4 - starts Tuesday 26th October - finishes Friday 16th December
2011 Interval Times
Block 1 - 8.55 – 10.10am
1st Interval 10.10 – 10.20am - (Fruit break / Teacher Supervised )
Block 2 - 10.20 – 11.20am
2nd Interval 11.20 – 11.40am - (Morning tea including a 5min supervised eating time)
Block 3 - 11.40am – 12.40pm
3rd Interval 12.40 – 1.40pm - (Lunch time including a 10min supervised eating time)
Block 4 - 1.40 – 3.00pm
SCHOOL NEWSLETTER
The school newsletter is written fortnightly and sent out by email only or can be found on the school website www.willowpark.school.nz . Hard copies will be available for collection at the school office.
SCHOOL LUNCHROOM
The school does not operate a school lunchroom. Sushi can be ordered for lunch on a Friday only each week. Orders must be in by the previous Thursday at midday. Order envelopes are available form the school office or your child's classroom.
HELPERS WANTED
We are always seeking parent/grandparent help for road patrol and for PMP. Please contact us if you have time before or after school helping to supervise road patrol or for an hour one morning to help with PMP.
