Block 1 - 8.55 – 10.10am
1st Interval 10.10 – 10.20am - (Fruit break / Teacher Supervised )
Block 2 - 10.20 – 11.20am
2nd Interval 11.20 – 11.40am - (Morning tea including a 5min supervised eating time)
Block 3 - 11.40am – 12.40pm
3rd Interval 12.40 – 1.40pm - (Lunch time including a 10min supervised eating time)
Block 4 - 1.40 – 3.00pm
SCHOOL NEWSLETTER
The school newsletter is written fortnightly and sent out by email only or can be found on the school website www.willowpark.school.nz . Hard copies will be available for collection at the school office.
ABSENCES
Please remember to phone the school office by 9am if your child is away, state room number, name and the reason for the child's absence. If they are sick and away for more than 3 consecutive days then they will be required to supply a doctors certificate. Please phone in for every day they are away. You can leave a message on the answerphone at any time.

SUSHI ORDERS & PITAPIT OPRDERS
Children are able to purchase sushi for lunch on Fridays. Envelopes for ordering will be available from the classrooms or the school office. Sushi orders have to be to the office no later than Thursday's 11am.
Children are able to purchase PitaPit for lunch on Tuesdays. Envelopes for ordering are available at the school office. Pre-pay cards are available for purchase at the school office for Pitapits only. Orders need to be in the drop box at the school office by the end of Mondays.
Payment for all orders are by cash only. Please ensure you have the correct money as there is no change available at teh school office.
AMERICAN HOTDOGS
For Term 3 and Term 4, (17 November only) the PTA are making American Hotdogs. Orders are to be handed into the PTA desk in the hall foyer on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of the ' hotdog ' week between 8.15am - 8.55am and 2.45 - 3.00pm. The cost is $2.50 per hotdog.
HELPERS WANTED
We are seeking parent/grandparent help for road patrol and for PMP. Please contact us if you have time before or after school helping to supervise road patrol or for an hour one morning to help with PMP.
